**Production Scheduler - Supply Chain Operations**

**Location**: Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas

**Employment Type**: Full-Time | On-Site

As a **Production Scheduler**, you will be the link between **customer demand and factory operations**, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills who want to develop in **supply chain management and planning**.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain the **Master Production Schedule (MPS)** aligned with customer demand and capacity
- Create and maintain **daily/weekly production schedules** based on demand and available resources.
- Monitor orders, backlog, and forecast to ensure supply continuity and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate **materials availability, production capacity, and labor resources**:

- Partner with **Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing** to manage priorities and resolve bottlenecks
- Support planning adjustments for **engineering changes and design updates**:

- Generate performance reports to track delivery reliability, lead times, and production KPIs

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4 years of experience in **production scheduling or supply chain**:

- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proactive mindset with ability to **adapt quickly to changing priorities**
