**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o TSU en logística, comercio internacional o afín
- Experiência en atención al cliente en logística, transporte o comercio exterior.
- Manejo de sistemas de gestión aduanal y logística.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado

Actividades principales:

- Atención y seguimiento a clientes sobre embarques, despachos y operaciones aduanales.
- Coordinación con agentes aduanales y transportistas para agilizar procesos.
- Resolución de incidencias en tiempo y forma para evitar retrasos y costos adicionales.
- Monitoreo de embarques y actualización de estatus en sistemas internos.
- Elaboración de reportes y análisis de tiempos de tránsito y despacho.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $29,000.00 - $36,000.00 al mes

Tipo de jornada:

- Turno de 8 horas

Experiência:
