- The Medical information team provides scientific, evidence-based, unbiased information in response to specific questions received from Health Care Professionals on the appropriate use of medicines. The team provides medical information solutions for global, regional and country medical affairs teams worldwide.
- Your key responsibilities:
- Creation of high quality Medical Information (MI) content for use by Novartis country affiliates worldwide.
- Write MI deliverables, such as responses to local MI enquiries, Global Guidance Documents (GGDs) and MI Q&As, ensuring they meet quality requirements - scientifically balanced and evidence-based, adhere to topic/key messages, language and grammar are accurate, regulatory/safety/legal aspects are considered
- Ensure adherence to important metrics, and meet the minimum criteria in quality reviews conducted by management
- Support the generation of reports for stakeholders, including functional management, relevant Division management, and Franchise and Brand teams, on enquiry metrics and insights from countries and regions.
- Support triage of congress enquiries
- Support the maintenance of MI resource repositories

**Minimum requirements**
- Healthcare professional degree or degree in a healthcare-related field
- Proficient English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of information resources and the efficient use of them. Understanding of medical concepts and the implications on a broader scale in the industry (regulatory, PV, legal, commercial, drug development, etc.)
- Strong client focus. Strong cross-functional skills and proven experience in collaboration with other departments/groups. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentations skills
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and solution-oriented problem-solving skills. Ability to manage work output within given timelines.

Desirable requirements:

- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) in life science/healthcare
- A second major European language
- Experience with Novartis therapeutic areas
