As a DATA ANALYTICS Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible to retrieve, analyze, report internally, and improve data and or processes with the end goal of alignment with business objectives. You will work alongside SpecTek (Micron recovery unit) Test Engineering and Probe Test Engineering - working towards optimizing test flow efficiency. In this role, you will utilize various reporting tools to present relevant data to aid in decision making for SpecTek management. You will create models and reports leveraging Python, Pandas, Perl, C++, SQL, Hadoop, JMP, and multiple data sources to improve product flows and efficiencies across all Micron manufacturing for SpecTek product recovery. There are ample opportunities for statistical analysis and machine learning work to aid in product recovery goals. Qualifications for this role are include: - Minimum 4-year B.S. Engineering (Electrical, Computer and/or Software) - Strong software skills and ability to learn new software platforms - Strong analytical skills with creative, inquisitive and curious thinking. - Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Collaborative in nature but also ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed - Practical experiences with JMP, R, Tableau or similar reporting tools "The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited. The role also does not carry the authority to make definitive decisions regarding contracts, be it their conclusion or termination. Furthermore, the role is not designed to involve participation in pricing negotiations or the authorization of contracts. These activities fall beyond the permissible duties of the position."
