Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a leading real estate creation company in western Mexico with over 40 years of experience. They create residential developments based on the extraordinary quality of life, urban generosity, surplus value, and beauty, specializing in seven areas: houses, land, apartments, vacation homes, commercial, industrial, and offices.- Requirements:

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge of T-SQL development, including writing complex queries, data migration, and complex ETL developments.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining stored procedures, views, triggers, jobs, ETLs, dashboards, user-defined functions, and detail reports, always guiding results to business and facilitating the decision-making process by providing reliable, clear, and timely data.
- Ability to present and explain complex technical topics, problems, and alternative solutions to others.
