We are currently looking for a
** PMO Sales Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose**

To elevate the PMO role to manage at the program and portfolio levels, we will and activities to this role of PMO Analyst. This role is responsible for scheduling and managing taskforce agendas to ensure all information is timely and up to date. Additionally, the PMO Analyst will facilitate day to day project updates, gathering the necessary information to deliver key milestones and deliverables associated with each project

**Accountabilities**
- The PMO will help manage ~5 projects at any specific time. These projects can include innovation of products, digital transformation/ways of working for sales teams, etc.
- Attend task force meetings and document key action plans, next steps, send recap of action items assigned by owner (including deadlines) after taskforce meetings
- End to end ownership of project charters for example - from creation to ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to SteerCo - to include collaboration with working team to gather inputs
- Coordinate Change Management, Communication, & Training critical path items to include following up with action item owners and determining contingency plans as needed

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in supporting or driving projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to breakdown complex problems
- Experienced in handling several responsibilities in parallel
- Very responsive and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment
- Project management skills including good understanding of standard PMO tools
- Clear communication skills (both written/oral) tailored to different levels of seniority
- Language: English and Spanish Fluent
- Proficient in Power Point and Microsoft Excel, working in a cloud environment
- Willing to travel
