**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**New Business Development (Hunter)**
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and markets.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies (networking, referrals, events, cold outreach, digital campaigns).
- Conduct prospect meetings, deliver tailored presentations, and manage the full sales cycle to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build proposals, pricing models, and contracts.
- Maintain and report on a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth.
**Client Advisory (Farmer)**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale.
- Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs, challenges, and strategic goals.
- Provide ongoing consultation, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Recruitment, Operations, HR, Finance, Tech) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value, track satisfaction, and secure renewals.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client advisory roles (B2B preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Strong consultative communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in HR, staffing, consulting, or SaaS/digital services is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity suites (Google Workspace, MS Office).
