Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Influence in present role in current Department. -Contributes to Department level technology and product decisions. -Contributes to technical function initiatives. -Trains and supports more junior engineers in the Department. -Leads A3 meetings, develops metrics improvement plans and follow up. -Collaborate in transformational plans, Kaizen events and tools implementation such as MRF, VSM, 3P, Kanban, EPEI, Mistake proofing, QCPC, etc. -May coordinate automation initiatives, machinery design for new product and/or process improvement. -Qualification and cost
- efficient processes development. -Elaborate risk assessment FMEA for product, equipment and processes. -Develop, review and sustain standard operation procedures.
Experiência y requisitos
- 3 to 5 years of experience -Experience with Reporting / Advanced Excel - Lean Manufacturing - Problem Solving -Knowledge of extrusion molding - Advanced English - Hands on - SAP or MRP
