We are seeking a **Sales Representative** to join our **Share Service Center at San Nicolas de los Garza** to focus on sales activities within the organization.


**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Open and download new & revised G3PS Purchase Orders.
- Send new / revised orders to Engineers / Team members with a request for their commit delivery date / & Quantity.
- Input dates once received (Due in 48hrs).
- Check daily for due dates that change within the GM G3PS system (this can happen at any time without notification).
- Upon request, create Box Labels & Tags (breakdown of box count & qty in each box needed).
- Transfer all information into the JSS AH S-Driver tracker.
- Create manual invoice requests and keep tracker updated.
- Download production contracts from GM Supply Power e-contract mailbox, create and route PAF's as needed.

**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor of Arts degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- 2-4+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and within a deadline driven environment.
- Previous experience working with General Motors desired.
- Strong English skills required (both written and verbal as you will be daily interacting with contacts in the US).
