Ingredion is hiring a **Sr. Analyst, General Accounting** to support our LATAM operations. If you have solid accounting skills and are looking to grow your career in an international environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

As a **Sr. Analyst, General Accounting**, you will execute accounting transactions for LATAM entities in accordance with USGAAP and local GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also support the month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure full compliance with Mexican tax and legal regulations for the LATAM SSC legal entity.

This role reports to the LATAM Accounting Manager.

**What will you do**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements to ensure accurate financial data for LATAM operations.
- Provide financial information for internal/external audits and support corporate accounting with external reporting.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations in line with internal control policies.
- Book journal entries and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable standards.
- Perform monthly consolidations and elimination processes for LATAM entities.
- Submit monthly actuals in BPC to corporate, ensuring proper validation.
- Conduct account analysis and support special projects as requested.
- Identify and implement system improvements in collaboration with IT.
- Lead process reviews and implement enhancements to improve financial reporting quality.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in financial/accounting analysis, reporting, or auditing in multinational/public companies.
- Intermediate English level.
- SAP and BPC Consolidations experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
