**Key Responsibilities**:

- Comprehensive management of IT projects, from the initial consultation phase through to final delivery.
- Establishing and tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Creating quotes, presentations, and progress reports for clients.
- Coordinating and supervising a team of developers, assigning tasks, and evaluating their performance.
- Conducting daily Scrum meetings and ensuring the team meets its goals.
- Proposing improvement solutions based on a detailed analysis of client processes.
- Training and supporting new users on implemented developments.
- Ensuring excellent customer service by maintaining open and effective communication with clients.
