We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a.Net Tech Lead

What you’ll do:

- Lead the design development and implementation of complex software solutions using Microsoft SSIS MS SQL Server React Azure and.NET.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring mínimal disruption to project timelines.
- Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback for ongoing enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and training materials.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and delivering high-impact solutions that align with the companies goals and societal impact.

Preferred experience:

- Possess a strong background in Microsoft SSIS MS SQL Server React Azure and.NET with hands-on experience in these technologies.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within specified timelines.
- Display a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving technical excellence.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Certifications Required:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
