Tus responsabilidades:
- Asistir en la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de equipos y sistemas (capacitación proporcionada)
- Realizar tareas básicas de diagnóstico bajo supervisión
- Documentar actividades de servicio y mantener registros precisos
- Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad y protocolos de la empresa
- Apoyar a los técnicos senior y contribuir a los esfuerzos del equipo
- Interactuar de manera profesional con los clientes y brindar información básica sobre el servicio
Tu perfil:
- Diploma de preparatoria o equivalente
- Sólida ética de trabajo y entusiasmo por aprender
- Aprendizaje rápido con actitud proactiva
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente
- Aptitud mecánica básica o gran interés en el trabajo técnico
- Debe poder hablar, leer y escribir en español e inglés
- Se prefiere altamente contar con visa estadounidense

Your responsibilities:
