**Position**:Resident Relations Specialist (100% Remote) **Responsibilities**: - Serve as a floating resource, assisting different departments and teams with their specific needs. - Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally. - Act as a point of contact for residents, addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner. - Monitor and respond to resident inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. - Supporting the leasing team on an ad-hoc basis - Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions, feedback, and requests in a designated database or CRM system. - Support the team during periods of absence, covering customer service duties and ensuring smooth operations. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance resident satisfaction. **Requirements**: - 3+ years of experience with Appfolio, in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, team members, and external stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. and communication purposes. **Payment** - Base Monthly salary of $1300 USD - Payments are processed and sent via WISE or a similar platform at an established frequency (bi-weekly) **Schedule**: 8:30am - 5:00pm EDT (US) Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $21,904.87 al mes Horario: - Turno de 8 horas Prestaciones: - Aumentos salariales - Horarios flexibles Pregunta(s) de postulación: **You will need to copy paste the link and make sure there are no "" included in the link Lugar de trabajo: Remote
