**About us**

We are agile, creative, innovative and our goal is to change online dating for the better.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and publish engaging content on a daily basis, including but not limited to videos, photos, and infographics
- Manage social media accounts and communities, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
- Monitor and report on social media metrics and KPIs to ensure we are meeting our goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Maintain relationships with social media influencers and content creators
- This is remote position and must have efficient time management

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a B2C environment
- Expertise in using social media apps and platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Excellent knowledge of pop culture trends and how to incorporate them into social media strategies
- Experience managing social media campaigns on dating apps is a plus
- Active presence on social media platforms
- Knowledge of social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on social media metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Exprerience using dating apps is a plus
- Active on social media is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally is a plus
