In this role you will perform user experience testing of dashboards and other processes, and recommend solutions for improvement

You will create/maintain user guides, technical documentation, enhancement roadmap planning, and other standard operation procedures

You will create/maintain automated communication processes related regarding updates, outages, registrations, questions/support, account audits, and other daily actions

You will be part of a large analytics team with a broad set of analytical skillsets

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Work with internal/external stakeholders and functional leaders to enhance usage of strategic analysis, market and competitive intelligence, and emerging trends/business challenges
- Provide business insights through presentations and reports shared directly with the ADI Executive Leadership Team
- Work with the strategic marketing manager to understand functional needs / requirements as it relates to Supplier Business Intelligence

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelors in a related field (Business Management, Marketing/Marketing Research, Data Science)
- High problem solving skills
- High level of competence with MS Office suite (in particular, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data visualization / dashboard creation
- Intermediate to advanced English

**WE VALUE**:

- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel / VBA / pivot tables / advanced formulas
- Knowledge in creating SQL queries, functions and procedures
- Strong presentation skills with excellent written communication abilities
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., SmartSheet or MS Project)
