**Objetivos del puesto**:
Apoyo a el área de Relaciones con Empleados y Servicios al Personal en diferentes actividades, lo cual le dará al estudiante conocimientos básicos del área.**Responsabilidades**:
- Servicio al cliente en ventanilla
- Captura de medidas disciplinarias
- Apoyo en la elaboración y armado de los paquetes de finiquitos
- Entrega de finiquitos
- Reportes varios
- Apoyo en eventos de la empresa
**Requisitos**:
- 5to semestre en adelante en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Gestión Empresarial o carrera afín.
**Competencias**:
- Comunicación asertiva
- Actitud de servicio
- Conocimiento básico en paquetería Office
- Inglés básico
- 6 meses mínimo de experiência en Servicio al Cliente
