**Acerca del rol**

Uber Freight se encuentra en búsqueda de profesionistas con experiência en liderazgo para la vacante de Associate Manager - Operations**.** Nuestro nuevo líder será responsable de coordinar equipos de trabajo, garantizar un alto nível de servicio al cliente y asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos operativos clave. Supervisará el desempeño del equipo, gestionará métricos e indicadores, y liderará iniciativas estratégicas para optimizar la operación. Buscamos a alguien proactivo, con enfoque en resultados y con sólidos conocimientos en comercio exterior y gestión aduanal.

**Qué Hará el Candidato**
- Coordinación de equipos de trabajo y supervisión del cumplimiento de políticas internas.
- Administración y evaluación del personal a cargo, incluyendo delegación de responsabilidades.
- Aseguramiento del nível de servicio al cliente: atención de correos, seguimiento de solicitudes y cumplimiento de expectativas.
- Planeación estratégica, resolución de problemas operativos y gestión de cargas de trabajo.
- Supervisión de embarques, trámites aduanales y cumplimiento con Reglas de Comercio Exterior.
- Control de cierre de expedientes para facturación y glosa de pedimentos.
- Análisis y envío de métricos e indicadores clave de desempeño.
- Coordinación de cuentas y objetivos del área con los equipos correspondientes.

**Cualificaciones Básicas**
- Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Logística o carrera afín.
- Experiência de 1-2 años liderando equipos y más de 3 años en operaciones de Comercio Exterior.
- Conocimientos sólidos en legislación aduanera, tratados internacionales, regímenes aduaneros e IMMEX/PROSEC.
- Manejo de pedimentos, clasificación arancelaria y normativa aplicable (NOMs, OEA, ISO 9001:2015).
- Inglés conversacional
- Habilidades en gestión de personal.
