En Totum Talent buscamos talento como Recruitment Lead para nuestros procesos de reclutamiento Directivos y Gerenciales.

Somos una Consultoria de Recursos Humanos enfocados en la búsqueda de talento de posiciones Directivas, Gerenciales, mandos medios y especializadas ubicados en San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.

**ACTIVIDADES**
- Definición y seguimiento de objetivos de equipo de trabajo asignado
- Reclutamiento de diferentes posiciones incluyendo directivas
- Atención de reuniones con clientes, para aclaración de dudas, seguimiento a procesos y brindar soluciones a vacantes criticas.
- Definición de estrategias de reclutamiento para vacantes asignadas a su equipo de trabajo
- Desarrollo de equipo para el cumplimiento de objetivos
- Ejecución de evaluaciones de desempeño de cierre de vacantes
- Ejecución de procesos de reclutamiento orientado por competencias
- Asegurar cumplimiento de objetivos definidos por trimestre

**Requisitos**:

- Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado a nível conversacional
- Estudios concluidos con titulo en Psicología, Capital Humano, administración o afin.
- Conocimiento y dominio de procesos de reclutamiento de inicio a fin para posiciones administrativas y/o directivas.
- Experiência en manejo de equipos de trabajo.
- DEsarrollo de equipos de trabajo.
- Experiência en presentación de resultados con clientes internos o externos.
- Experiência y conocimiento en entrevista por competencias.
- Domino de bolsa de empleo (LinkedIn, OCC, etc).
- Conocimiento y aplicación de psicometrias.
- indispensable disposición para trabajar de manera presencial.
