**Position Summary**

We have an interesting position open in Querétaro**:Human Resources Analyst**, reports to the HRBP Manager. This position will be based in Querétaro. This position will support the implementation of the Human Resources strategy, enabling the achievement of organizational objectives based on the performance and well-being of people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Successful recruitment for ongoing and future business (for various departments within GBS and other departments)
- Coordination of recruitment activities - communication with agencies, cooperation with universities and high schools to attract new talent
- Active search for new recruitment channels
- Proper onboarding to make sure new hires receive all relevant information, documents and engage new hires from the day one
- Dealing with labor law matters concerning the establishment, course and termination of
employment relationships, administrative support of whole employee life cycle
- Organization of trainings, periodic trainings, mandatory trainings not only to meet the law requirements but also to develop people
- Cooperation on EHS issues
- Ensuring timeliness of employees´ medical examinations
- Acting in compliance with legal procedures in the preparation of personnel and related documents
- HR reporting

**Education**
- Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Specializations, Diplomas or Intensive Courses in Human Resources areas are desirable.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency
- Basic or intermediate Portuguese will be a plus

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions
