Actividades
- Maintain and update customer and project databases ensuring the integrity of information.
- Perform the cut and calculation of hours by Lawyer to identify the charge to clients.
- Direct communication with the administration area for the request of invoices and follow-up to payment of suppliers.
- Sending invoices to customers, both American and Mexican.
- Review the monthly income statement by comparing it with the bank statement of the area to determine the usefulness of the area.
- Support in generating DHL guides.

Experiência y conocimientos
- 2 years of experience in administrative positions.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic, enthusiastic, and effective communicator with strong rapport building skills
- Maintain an orderly and safe work environment
- Thorough and detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills
