Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Technical Product Owner to help us keep our business growth based on technology, doing a new implementation with Emarsys, important which to know SAP CX implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Experienced in implementation based on SAP CX or Emarsys in Retail Sector
- Leading the implementation with Emarsys end to end, understanding the business needs and definition from BRD (business requirement document)
- Understanding all modules from SAP CX or Emarsys, considering SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Services, SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud)
- Execute the roadmap based on Business Needs to this implementation & new features, enhancements or fixes in the feature

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of demonstrable experience implementing SAP CX
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience implementing Emarsys
- Intermediate - Advanced English level (Interviews in English), communication with foreign teams & headquarters all the time.
- Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform the implementation in a internal team environment and external vendors
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret from Business Definitions to technical implementation Knowledge and Experience in Retail Sector
- Knowledge and Experience in Agile Methodologies based on Scrum or SaFE Writing Initiatives, Epics, User Story Perform ceremonies based on Scrum or SaFE
- Knowledge and Experience in development Lifecycle, QA, UAT Testing & Deploys in high level
