**What you’ll do**:
Summary:
The Learning Tech & Process Optimization team is looking for a Senior User Experience Design Specialist to enhance the user experience of our learning platforms. As we transition to a skills-based learning model, intuitive and engaging design will be essential to drive adoption, improve usability, and create a seamless learning experience.

The Role:
As a Senior User Experience Design Specialist for Learning, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Learning UX design concepts, offering insights on learner user experience considerations. You will translate business requirements and user needs into strategic design decisions, crafting user-centered learning solutions that enhance engagement and satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

- Partner with teams across Learning Business Partners, Learning Portfolio Management, and Learning Content & Delivery to create learning user stories and communicate them to the SAP SuccessFactors Learning product team.
- Design custom pages and cards in Success Map Learning.
- Enhance navigation, accessibility, and engagement of learning platforms to create a more effective and impactful learning experience.
- Develop and maintain the information architecture for the SharePoint Learner Home site and One Learner site.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable features aligned with business requirements and user needs.

**What you bring**:
As a Senior User Experience Design Specialist for Learning, you will work closely with various learning stakeholders to align on technology requirements. Therefore, you should be fluent in written and spoken English, possess strong organizational skills, and can prepare, maintain, and present recommendations to the Learning Leadership team.

In addition, you’ll bring:

- A bachelor's degree in design, marketing, advertising, copywriting, communication or equivalent experience
- Ability to design test scenarios, recruit participants, conduct tests, and analyze results to enhance user experience and product design.
- Proficiency in user-centered design, information architecture, and visual design to develop effective wireframes and prototypes.
- Experience creating visual aids for video, film, or animation to support storytelling.
- Expertise in structuring and labeling content to improve user experience, with a strong grasp of content strategy and user needs.
