**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Representative**

**Main Purpose**

Finance support requested through GBS to support Global DX and North America DX budgets, including G&A forecasting, journal entry preparation, variance analysis, support of PO payment, and ad hoc G&A spend requests. This role will also support tech prototyping.

**Accountabilities**
- Deliver G&A budgets; own financial forecast/ aop processes.
- Provide financial updates to budget owners each period, highlighting and investigating significant variances to plan/forecast
- Own cause of change analyses and provide insights into the key drivers of the business results
- Partner with Planning team members at Corporate, Sectors, and key markets
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and financial process support, as well as to special projects
- Build strong working relationships with business partners across Global Groups and the broader PepsiCo Planning organization
- Support additional control submissions, including quarterly Cash Flow and significant G&A commitments
- Load forecast and plan to TM1
- Prepare necessary journal entries to NASS (North America Shared Services) team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1+ years of relevant finance experience
- Strong FP&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
