Solucionar fallas de equipo en el menor tiempo posible, identificando casua raiz y ejecutando las acciones necesarias para evitar la recurrencia de la falla. - Ejecutar los planes de mantenimiento preventivo de acuerdo al calendario establecido, llenado de checklist y cierre de ordenes en plataforma. - Generar y realizar debug de programas de las distintas tecnologías - Llenar registros relacionados a los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos (especificar causa - solución) software definido por la compañía. - Participar en juntas de analisis, cuando se generen defectos en el proceso (Jidoka team) y determinar causas y acciones. - Utilizar herramientas de análisis y solución de falla. 5 Porque?, Ishikawa (diagrama de pescado) para solución de fallas en equipos o analisis de scrap. - Conocer los lineamientos del sistema TPM y hacer uso de sus aplicaciones. - Participar en proyectos de mejora de procesos(Kaizen). - Participar en juntas de análisis de falla de los equipos. - Diseñar y documentar instructivos de trabajo.(Bajo supervisión de Ingeniero). - Generar planes de trabajo (ej. Calendarios de mantenimiento preventivo), (Bajo supervisión de Ingeniero). - Utilizar criterios de calidad en los productos basados en IPC-610. - Conservar y controlar el uso adecuado de la herramienta asignada. - Participar en cursos de entrenamiento y capacitación, internos / externos. - Cumplir con sistemas de evaluación y metas establecidos por la compañía. - Utilizar herramienta de administración de refacciones en base a procedimiento. (software definido por la compañía). - Mejorar continuamente a través de la optimización de sus actividades y reducción de tiempo en las mismas. "Manual de Calidad continental Guadalajara". - Cumplir con los requerimientos del sistema de Q y SAA la empresa. "Manual de Calidad Continental Guadalajara". - Participar con propuestas de mejora, documentando en herramienta electronica definida por la compañía. - Instalar maquinaría en linea o fuera de línea. Siguiendo lista de actividades del "timing o Gantt" definido. - Ejecutar todas las acciones que se deriven de la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora de los Sistemas de Gestión (IATF, ISOS, OSHAS, BASC, 5's) y demás estándares de que la compañía determine. **Qualifications**- AOI/AXI - VISCOM,OMRON. - Equipos de transporte y almacenamiento ASYS / YJ Link. - Marcadoras laser ASYS/YJ Link. - Entre 2 y 4 años de experiência en áreas de mantenimiento de SMD. **Additional Information
