Principales actividades:

- Experiência comprobable en Administración y soporte de servidores Red Hat Enterprise linux (Nível L2/Ingenieria de soporte)
- Manejo de casos de soporte con Red Hat.
- Manejo de un volumen alto de sistemas operativos (más de 500 servidores) con herramientas de automatizacion (ansible)
- Manejo de herramientas para Gestión de soporte/Incidentes como ServiceNow / Remedy.
- Conocimiento de ITIL
- DESEADO: contar con cursos o certificaciones linux.
- Servidores físicos o virtuales, chasis, Blades, servidore de Rack Networking
- Configuración de tarjetas de red (archivos de configuración y su contenido)
- Configuración Routing (estáticas y volátiles)
- Configuración de HA en tarjetas de red (estándar/bonding)
- Manejo de Ip virtuales (configuración de IP secundarias en interfaces)
- Configuración de Servicios NTP, DNS
- Logical Volume Manager
- Reconocimiento de discos
- Estructuras de physical volumen y VG
- Identificación y creación de LV
- Formato y creación de filesystems
- Configuración de permisos y Níveles de seguridad (selinux, firewall, ACL’s)
- Configuración Servicios NFS (Exportar y Montar).
- Configuración Servicios SAMBA.
- Conocimiento Gluster/GFS2 servicios de HA para OS.
- Administración de paquetes rpm (yum, rhsm, dnf).
- Hardening / Compliance.
- Manejo de Parametria en Kernel (visualización y modificaciones)
- **Conocimiento Puntual RedHat 8.**:

- **Troubleshoting y Performance**:

- Recuperación en modo emergencia del OS en diferentes versiones
- Identificación básica de performance de recursos CPU,RAM, IO WAIT, NFS
- Manejo de comandos y parámetros para diagnostico/Monitoreo de problemas dentro del OS (SAR, NMON, TOP, IPSC, PS, NETSTAT)
- Identificación de tipo de conexiones y puertos establecidos dentro del sistema
- Experiência en diseño/manejo de herramientas/scripting para monitoreo
- Conocimiento de tuning para disco (scheduler, puntos de montaje), kernel (parámetros) y usuarios (limites)
- Automatización de tareas
- Manejo de herramientas para automatización de actividades de sistema operativo (scripting, bash, phyton, ansible, yml, json).
