**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the systems.
Handle P1/P2 incidents on priority in quick time to meet SLA requirements and minimize business impact.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Camel.Java, Springboot, Kubernetes/Docker
Collaborate with L3 support teams/ client Designer, Architects/ Business Team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Implement and maintain best practices for system operations and support.
To take up SRE-related activities on enhancement and recurring issues to stabilize current platform and improve Application availability
Document issues, resolutions, and workarounds to build a knowledge base.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Java
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior experience in handling/leading Operations Support
