Visión general:
The HR Generalist (Employee Relations) has the main responsibility to ensure healthy relations between the company, union and personnel. In addition this position has the responsibility to ensure the compliance to the federal labor law, collective contract and code of ethics among other relevant regulations.

Manage the discipline standards across all types of employees including visitors and contractors**:

Ensure the delivery of high quality services to the personnel such as cafeteria, transportation, etc**:

Determine work shifts as per the law**:

Analyze and propose action plans for the continuous improvement of HR Metrics**:

Generate HR Metrics such as turnover and absenteeism**:
- **
Responsible of management and follow up to labor suits**:
- **
Responsible of the annual collective contract negotiation and profit share process**:
- **
Ensure the working conditions are safe and adequate for the personnel**
Requisitios:
**Education** - bachelor in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial engineering
**Experience** - +3 years of experience managing employee relations in companies over 500 employees
**Knowledge** - Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, Tax Law
Ability to communicate in English.
**Lixil Competencies** - Results driven, Responsibility, Customer centrality, Accuracy, Reliability.
