Design and Verify All Levels of Analog and Digital Layout - Use computer aided design software (i.e. Cadence, Calibre, etc.) - Work with Design Engineers to floor plan and design layout - Understand and follow verification protocols Develop and Maintain Technical Knowledge - Interface with design engineering to understand layout methodology. - Possess basic understanding of circuit design. - Understand tape out processes and procedures. Manage and Participate in Project-Based Environment - Organize, prioritize, and manage, logistic and resource allocations. - Prioritize tasks to attain schedules and deadlines. - Proactively develop methodologies to resolve issues. - Guide layout designers to encourage professional and technical development. Required Experiences and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree on Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering or similar. It is necessary to have some electrical engineering background and most of those programs have them. "The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited. The role also does not carry the authority to make definitive decisions regarding contracts, be it their conclusion or termination. Furthermore, the role is not designed to involve participation in pricing negotiations or the authorization of contracts. These activities fall beyond the permissible duties of the position."
