Serving industries such as Medical, Automotive, Footwear, Safety, and Packaging, it provides integrated solutions in material sourcing, product development, and logistics. We are seeking an experienced **Production Manager** to lead manufacturing operations, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Summary**- **

Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- ** Production Planning and Management**: Develop production schedules and manage workflow to meet deadlines. Oversee the production process and address any issues.

  • **Resource Management**: Determine and allocate resources like personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency. Manage budgets and coordinate with supply chain departments.
  • **Quality Assurance and Control**: Ensure adherence to quality control standards and monitor product output to meet quality expectations. Implement procedures to reduce defects.
  • **Team Leadership and Development**: Supervise and mentor production staff, conduct training and performance evaluations. Promote a safe and positive work culture.
  • **Safety and Compliance**: Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies. Inspect the manufacturing floor and conduct safety training.
  • **Process Improvement and Reporting**: Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and use methodologies like lean manufacturing. Prepare reports for management.-

Experiência y requisitos

  • **Skills and Qualifications**-
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a production manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of production management principles, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with software like ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
