We are seeking Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for people who are proactive, dynamic, with great organizational skills, used to multi-tasking, and with marked attention to detail.

**As part of the team, you will**:

- Support and assist the Continuous Improvement Manager
- Execute several distinct pre-defined in-house audits
- Analyze, update, and improve pre-defined internal processes for the Continuous Improvement area and other areas of the company
- Define effective procedures from the scratch and sign off on those created by others based on predefined criteria
- Train in the area on continuous improvement philosophy, tools and techniques, and continuous improvement practices

**Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role**:

- **Advanced English** (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in Continuous Improvement or similar roles (auditing, process definition, etc)
- Previous work on repetitive predefined tasks
