**This position reports to**:
HR Operations Team Lead

**Your role and responsibilities**:

Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines. Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements. Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts. Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills. Scheduling and monitoring of medical and socio-labor examinations for ABB employees. Support with transactional activities of HR Services.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are highly skilled in customer service.
- Highly adept in Excel.
- You are passionate about teamwork, Human Resources, and communication.
- Degree in Administration, Psychology or related.
- You are at ease communicating in English
