You will play a crucial role in automating IT infrastructure processes using Puppet and Chef. With 5 to 7 years of experience you will work focusing on enhancing efficiency and reliability in media and entertainment domains. Your expertise will contribute to the companies innovation and impact on society.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in Puppet and Chef IT Automation tools IS A MUST
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and automation processes.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have a background in the media and entertainment domain is a plus.
- Show proficiency in scripting languages and automation frameworks.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
- 100% remote work

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement automation scripts using Puppet and Chef to streamline IT infrastructure processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation tools within existing systems.
- Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation tools and infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on best practices in IT automation.
- Analyze and optimize existing automation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Document automation processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT automation technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure through innovative automation solutions.
- Support the media and entertainment domain by providing specialized automation expertise.
