**Position Overview**:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Sonoran Glass. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, from strategic planning to day-to-day management, ensuring that we achieve our goals and maintain our commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission and long-term vision.

Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all departments.

Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Financial Management: Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.

Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.

Risk Management: Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the board of directors, investors, and other key stakeholders, providing regular updates on company performance and strategy.

Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the company's progress toward its strategic goals.

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 5 years of proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a focus on construction project planning and execution.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach, including proficiency in English.

Financial expertise and experience in financial management.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced construction environment, with a deep understanding of construction methodologies and potential challenges.
