**Job Summary**:
In this Credit Collections Analyst role you will perform a variety of task and other financial activities within an organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners and stakeholders
- Manage a collection portfolio by monitoring and collecting open invoices on customer accounts
- Maintain transparent, accurate and standard collections notes
- Identify collection issues and open dispute case/escalate if needed, first point of escalation for Associate
- Frequently review sales orders on hold
- Prepare audit evidence as per internal controls & SOX /audit requirements
- Support the organization with timely month-end closing
- Participate in scheduled Collection update calls
- Data Analysis and report preparation/consolidation as required in the role
- Training and mentoring activities
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Economics/Finance related Secondary Studies or Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any other language (as per required in role)
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Beginner user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge and experience using ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) is an advantage
- Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Supportive attitude and good interpersonal skill set
