**Data & Architecture Office (DAO)**

**Data Analytics primarily supports the Unlock pillar of the strategy**. Data Analytics supporting Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay. Engaging with data analytics matter experts globally and across the LAM region in particular.

**Main activities**:

- Management and development of business requirements providing reliable solutions, guaranteeing results according to business needs.
- Generate analysis of information that is aligned to data priorities and business requirements.
- Keep updated data analytics framework and capabilities.
- Development of data analytics models and solutions (machine learning, artificial intelligence, data modelling, Data Quality)
- Management and ability to perform, manage and administer data quality requirements focused on data model and business processes (data cleaning, data preparation, construction of data quality rules, analysis of records that do not comply with rules).
- Execution, monitoring and improvement of data analysis processes.
- Automation of processes and/or developments for the integration of continuous supplies for a team, product or service, promoting the culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the presence of high-quality data in the registry's service management systems.
- Ensure compliance with service resiliency, service sustainability, and recovery time objectives for solutions provided.
- Keep expert level knowledge in current tools, technologies and relevant areas, such as machine learning. artificial intelligence, etc.
- Development and knowledge of cloud tools (GCP, AWS, Azure)

- Structure and oriented objects programming and analytics (Python, Jupyter, Shell, SQL, SAS)
- Operative Systems (Linux, Windows)
- Data Bases Manager (PostgreSQL, Teradata, Oracle, DB2, MongoDB)
- Data Visualization (QlikSense, Tableu)
- Cloud knowledge (GCP)
- English at High Level
