Job Title: Phone Sales Agent

Location: Onsite in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico

Company: CyberCity Call Center

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM

Compensation: Basic package of 5k plus bonuses.

About the Role:
As a Phone Sales Agent, you will be a key part of our sales team. You'll be responsible for connecting with potential customers by phone, building strong relationships, and selling our services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hitting and exceeding sales goals. You will use your positive attitude and great phone presence to turn leads into customers and contribute directly to the company's success.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months of experience in a similar capacity. 
- Must be onsite in the Tijuana office. 
- English Fluent, both written and verbal. 
- Types 35 words per minute. 
- High level of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability. 
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools. 
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes. 
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team. 
- Meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy while multitasking. 
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. 
- Stays current with industry trends and advancement. 
- Effective time-management and organizational skills. 
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Charismatic and influential leadership abilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound and take inbound calls to sell our services.
- Effectively pitch our products to new customers.
- Overcome customer objections and provide solutions.
- Build trust and a good relationship with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
- Identify and understand customer needs by listening closely.
- Keep up-to-date on all product knowledge to clearly explain benefits.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Use our CRM software to log all calls and customer information.
- Stay motivated and positive, even when facing rejection.
- Manage your time well to handle a high volume of calls.
