**Requirements for the position**:
Ø Bachelor's degree.

Ø Intermediate or advanced level of English.

Ø 5 years experience as Planner.

Ø Knowledge of industrial and production processes.

Ø Knowledge of managing ERP systems.

Ø Planning, organization, negotiation, analysis and personnel management skills.

Ø Positive attitude, sense of urgency and teamwork.

**Competencies for job performance**:
Ø Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.

Ø Specific customer requirements (CSR).

Ø Troubleshooting.

Ø Focus on processes.

Ø Risk-based thinking.

Ø Understanding and use of customer portals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Establish the needs of the raw material, materials, direct labor and equipment for the fulfillment of the established production programs.

2. Prepare detailed production schedules for the manufacture of by-products and finished products.

3. Prior evaluation of machine load, delivery time and availability of resources that can meet the production plans set.

4. Monitor the development of the established production programs, coordinating their execution.

5. Evaluate the actual consumption of materials and labor in order to propose improvement actions.

6. Budgeting the productive resources for the production plan and its update in the purchasing plan.

7. Support the planning, preparation and issuance of manufacturing orders.

8. Coordinate with the different departments for placing production orders.

9. Other functions that are facilitated by your immediate boss.

**Authority**:
1. Has the authority to release production orders based on material availability and resource capacity.

2. Has the charging authority requirements based on the customer's forecast or purchase orders to procure the purchase of raw material.

3. Has the authority to change or assign priorities based on customer requirements.
