As a Human Resources **Ford Champ,**for Ford Credit of Mexico, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Ford Credit of Mexico team in different areas such as Talent Attraction, Development, Culture, Compensation and Benefits, among others.
**What you´ll need**:
- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Business Adminisration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or a another career in a related field.
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
**What you´ll do**:
- Recruitment: Assist with the cycle recruitment process, including posting job descriptions and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Learning and Development: Talent Development life-cycle, DEI, Culture and Training.
- Employee Relations: Provide administrative support related to employee inquiries, resolving basic employee issues, and maintaining employee files. This may include assisting with the investigation of minor employee complaints under the guidance of senior HR staff.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, answering employee questions, and processing benefit enrollment changes. This may involve data entry and maintaining records.
- HRIS Support: Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintenance of the HR information system. This may involve learning specific software programs.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Project Support: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
- Other duties as assigned: This role may require performing other tasks to support the HR team.
