**Job description**

California First Home Loans has an exciting new opportunity available in our Lending Department.

**Responsibilities**
- Makes sound decisions while providing excellent service to all members in accordance with established consumer lending policies and procedures.
- Specializes in consumer lending while developing some real estate lending experience.
- Delivers a high-level member experience while building valued financial relationships with our members by actively meeting our member's financial needs.
- Follows up and actively communicates with members on pending files to ensure loans are funded timely.
- Prepares and reviews all loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle processing, follow-up.
- Assist members with obtaining, interpreting, and utilizing financial information to plan for and achieve goals.
- Adheres to all loan policies and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay: From $18,000.00 per month

Physical Setting:

- Office

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ensenada, Bosque de los Olivos.

**Education**:

- Associate (preferred)

Work Location: One location

**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
