**DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for the financial results in the department, liquidity (cash-flow) and growth
- Responsible for the operational and strategic organization of the department
- Responsible for the acquisition and attendance of new customers
- Responsible for technical, financial and disciplinary leadership of the department, continuous development and monitoring of leadership guidelines
- Ensure internal requirements for the optimal performance of services with reference to costs, deadlines and quality
- Responsible for Internal and External Audits

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor´s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering or related
- At least 3 years of experience as team leader in a technical department for Automotive Industry
- At least 3 years of experience acting in project related to the technical area for Automotive Industry
- At least 1 year in managing technical, financial and disciplinary matters of cost/profit centers
- ** Fluent English**
