**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our development processes.

**Qualifications**:
10+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM technologies (ActiveRecord).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku) and CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (RSpec, Capybara) and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with microservices architecture.
Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your skills.
