**Senior Full Stack /Backend Developer**

**You'll own**:

- The architecture, performance, and modernization of key client systems
- Core backend logic, APIs, and integrations
- Technical mentoring for mid-level developers

**You should have**:

- 6+ years of experience with **PHP 7/8** and **Laravel** (or similar frameworks like Symfony, NestJS)
- Deep knowledge of **SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)** and database optimization
- Experience with **React**, **Vue**, or another modern JS framework
- Strong understanding of **RESTful or GraphQL API design**:

- Familiarity with **Docker**, **GitHub Actions**, and **AWS**:

- Experience implementing **authentication, authorization, and data security**:

- Clear English communication and proactive collaboration skills

**Bonus points for**:

- Rebuilding or refactoring legacy PHP systems
- FinTech, CRM, or SaaS platform experience
- Exposure to microservices or event-driven architecture
