Possess mechanical engineering degree and expertise in machining, tooling & die, quoting/estimating for prospective customers
- Be successful in generating and nurturing B2B leads to grow commission accounts
- Work with production team to effectively support quality control measures
- Will assist in ensuring that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the proper tools, materials and processes.
- Be completely and effectively bilingual in english/spanish
- Will assist in developing improved production processes with lean principles
- Assist with work instructions for product development in accordance with applicable standards.
- Monitor production
- Assist in diagnosing failures and solving production problems
- Work closely with manufacturing personnel to ensure that quality protocols are followed, and documentation is properly maintained
- Support existing customer accounts
- Support production process management, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics, and material flow.
- Be competent with cost analysis and production coordination to solve problems by analyzing data in coordination with business owner
- Assist and interface with inspection and testing of of manufacturing parts, including products, components and processes, in comparison with predefined standards.
- Perform and verify equipment calibration tests according to norms and standards.
- Work in close collaboration with the owners-management (external partners in Atlanta Georgia U.S.) in order to assist in coordination of management goals at site in production facilities in Puerto Rico
- Be expert in CNC machine programming, switzerland, presses
- Able to regularly monitor and verify the performance-effectiveness of each of the processes.
- Able to establish operational controls for new processes, product lines
- Possess a positive, high integrity character interested in flourishing a dynamic career
- Possess excellent communication skill with clients to ensure new business is added
- Able to create and maintain successful relationships with existing and new client purchasing managers
- Enjoy and have flexibility for monthly travel between US & Atlanta Georgia

Pay: From $687,000.00 per year
