**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise that all government requirements are met (STPS, SEMARNAT, COA license, and all legal requirements applicable to our plant, industry, and customers). As well as CT-PAT, IATF 16949, NOM035, ISMS, and ISO 14001-2015 environmental requirements.
- Comply with all hiring and monitoring requirements for new employees are met from a labor relations standpoint.
Support in identifying competency needs.
- Develop and formulate human resources development strategies, standards, and procedures, as well as manage and coordinate implementation.
- Know and comply with requirements applicable to the safety, health, and environmental system in accordance with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards corresponding to your position.
- Know and comply with the requirements of IATF 16949 in its most current version.
- Know and comply with the obligations and policies mentioned in the STPS NOM applicable to your position.
- Specialist in labor relations, conflict management at all levels of the organization, and legal requirements in labor matters.

**Your Skills & Strenghts**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Bussiness Administration or similar.
- 5 years experience in similar position.
- English fluency.
- Knowledge ISO-14001 / IATF 16949 starndar and Training Plans
- Analysis and problem solving.
- Ability to manage information and files professionally
- Leadership.
- Teamwork
