El objetivo del puesto **Demand Services Procurement Buyer **es realizar un análisis detallado de la demanda, el gasto, el costo y el mercado y un enfoque estructurado para presentar ofertas y negociar con los proveedores. Desarrolle y mantenga relaciones con los proveedores, incluido el seguimiento y el análisis del gasto y el rendimiento de los proveedores. Mientras mantenemos un compromiso y una alineación elevados con nuestras partes interesadas internas y socios externos para abordar las principales prioridades comerciales, optimizar el suministro de bienes y servicios y abordar las oportunidades de reducción de costos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Apoyar el desarrollo y la implementación de estrategias de abastecimiento para lograr o superar los objetivos de ahorro y simplificación.
- Apoyar el ejercicio de benchmarking anual con empresas similares a Colgate e internamente con otras Divisiones. Profundice en las categorías/país/hub asignados.
- Aplique las mejores prácticas de análisis de gastos y realice inmersiones profundas frecuentes en las categorías/país/centro asignados.
- Actualizar la Segmentación de Proveedores anual en la categoría. (Es decir: Demanda - Transporte, Almacenamiento, Personalización)
- Realice un seguimiento de la ejecución y gestión efectiva de los contratos en las categorías asignadas y reporte a los líderes divisionales.
- Analice los procesos de e-Sourcing, cree plantillas apropiadas para facilitar este proceso y haga recomendaciones.
- Gerente regional y global de Adquisiciones que brinda asistencia oportuna y precisa sobre temas e iniciativas relevantes según sea necesario
- Apoyar las iniciativas de abastecimiento táctico y estratégico según sea necesario.
- Apoyar las iniciativas de abastecimiento estratégico en alineación con el gerente y las partes interesadas.
- Apoyar todas las iniciativas de transformación de IP según sea necesario; automatización, facturación electrónica, p-cards, mejora pago a proveedores, etc.
- Mantenimiento de las herramientas de adquisición de Ariba, es decir. Spend Viz, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Catalogs.
- Apoye el proceso de creación de proveedores y aprobaciones en MDM.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
- 1 año de experiência en puesto de compras.
- Nível de inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- conocimiento SAP.
