Objetive

Ensure the management, control, updating, and standardization of the quality system documentation in fiber optic manufacturing, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures.

Activities

1. Ensure compliance of all documentation with applicable internal policies and external regulations within the fiber optics industry.

2. Administer and maintain the document management system, including the tracking of updates, coordination of translations, and publication of documentation related to fiber optic product manufacturing in the Mexico system.

3. Coordinate the creation, review, approval, and controlled distribution of technical documentation, including product specifications, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.

4. Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation in alignment with fiber optics industry requirements.

5. Identify and propose improvements in document management processes with a focus on enhancing efficiency and standardization in fiber optic manufacturing.

6. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities, followed by issue triage in collaboration with engineering teams.

7. Monitor and follow up on the effective closure of corrective and preventive actions.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with operational, regulatory, and quality objectives within the fiber optics manufacturing environment.
