Tasks
The following activities needs to be reviewed by a Quality Engineer Senior or Quality Team Leader. Ensure the quality of the products on serial production always at shopfloor with a preventive focus, analysis through structure problem solving and a robust documentation and complying all the applicable standards. Responsible for the analysis of failures on the production line and ensure the quality of the start of production. Coordinate, evaluate, implement and verify the correct implementation of defined Continental's Quality Standards, Customer requirements and International Standards to be used during the serial production.

1. Problem Solving coordination (A3), ICAs definition, corrective and preventive actions implementation and follow up on serial production.
2. Main reference on the compliment of Continental TSTs, CNs, IPC, etc
3. To identify trends & eliminate causes of possible escape to the customer through FPY, SCRAP and analysis of internal rejects
4. To feedback Control Plans and PFMEA by looking to reduce ocurrence on known critical failure modes.
5. To implement and/or lead improvement projects.
6. Leads Read Across process, Best practices for production lines.
7. To perform audits on the production line (LPA, FMEA, Control Plan, RFMEA, etc)
8. Coordinate Quality Technician to ensure the line has the quality to start production (Line release)
9. When suspect material is found, determine if the product complies with the requirements to be delivered to Customer (using IPC A 610, TST, etc)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering or related
- 3 years Experience in Automotive Industry
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge in IATF
- Problem solving tools
- Control Plan knowledge
- SMT Knowledge desirable
- People management desirable
