**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Responsible for the administrative activities of the recruitment process for Mexico, Brazil, South Cone, Andean and Caricam markets.
**Your Impact**
As Talent Acquisition Back-office analyst your functions would consist of:
- Handle both internal and external recruitment processes.
- Manage interview scheduling process.
- Create offer letters.
- Manage the pre-hire process and all new hire follow-up.
- Ensure services are delivered within defined timelines, in accordance with SLAs/KPIs, while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery and process improvements.
Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced English level
- Strong time management and organizational skills
