We are looking for talented and passionate people for an important transnational German company.

Lead Procurement buyer (HR and business services)

Principal Activities
Support local based efforts to drive effective procurement of Indirect categories, including Labor, General Expenses, Contract Services (Travel, hotels, car lease and trade/exhibitions).
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts for key spend areas or projects.
You contribute to defining best practices and procedures, RFPs & negotiation in alignment with internal stakeholders and in accordance with the defined Group Strategy and project priority list.
Develop strong relationships with internal business partners
Evaluate supplier capabilities, cost structure, risks, performance, etc.
Drive supplier scorecards/ratings on an ongoing basis to measure supplier performance
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers, review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation
and procurement best practice tools and methods

Education & Experience
B.S. degree is required
Full Bilingual (Spanish / English )
Experience in manufacturing and MRO
5+ years experience in Indirect procurement in professional service (hr services, mobility)
